Swiss Model K1911 Schmidt Rubin Carbine. In good used condition, serial numbered to 1932 production. These were produced at the same time as the 1911 rifle for use with mounted or motorized troops. Lower production of 185,000 units made.

This has original finish on the wood with few dings or compressions from use and long storage, handsome darker grained wood color.

Metal finish is blued with silvering to the sharp edges and magazine base. All matching serial numbers. This has an added scope rail on the receivers top. Small cracking on the resin pull handle bottom

Chambered in 7.5 Swiss the bore is brite and excellent. Straight pull action is crisp, mechanically fine. Detachable 6 round magazine. Not import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
