This offering is for 1 of our vintage Argentine Mauser Cleaning Kit Brushes. Like the one pictured, all are in good used condition.
The brush is 3 5/8 in overall length and unscrews to hold weapons grease inside. Appears to be plated brass and horse hair. Marked on the base APG.
These are slightly different than the Belgian made zinc brushes that accompanied the 1891 contract. These are perhaps from the 2nd commission or later domestic made.
Part of the standard cleaning kit, these would have been found with additional cleaning kit tools to store in a roll up pouch (not included.
