This offering is for 1 of our French Berthier or Gras Bolt End Knobs. Like the one pictured, all are in good used condition.

This early smaller round domed knob was first used on the Gras rifles and then later on the early Berthiers. Later replaced the well known larger type found on most Berthiers, the latter likely an improved design for better griping.

Attaches to the rear of the firing pin. Interchangeable on Berther and Gras rifles and carbines.
