This offering is for 1 of our M2 SMG Oil bottles. Specifically made to be a cleaning kit accessory for the M2 Hyde-Inland sub machine gun. Developed and limited manufacture during 1942-1943 and cancelled after adoption of the M3 "Grease Gun" in 1943. These oilers are small and similar in size to the M1 carbine but for the oversized cap. Makes a fine display for the military collector.
