Item #4051 This offering is for the pictured box of Winchester 22 WRF Ammunition. 250 rounds from a limited production run in 1994.
Known as the "Winchester Rim Fire" it was developed in the 1890's to be more powerful than the ".22 Long" rimfire and saw use in the Winchester m1890 slide rifle. The advantage was soon eclipsed by the development of the ".22 Long rifle".
5 50 round boxes in the sleeve. 45 grain lead, Lubaloy coated projectile.
