Product Details

Serial #RZH7884 This offering is for the pictured Mosin Nagant M44 Carbine. In good looking condition, maker marked from the Soviet Izhevsk Arsenals in 1945.

Serial numbers no longer match, likely rebuilt over the years of service. Importers new serial number added to the left side.

Metal finish is fully blued with wear to the sharp edges and the correct brite finished bolt. This has the integral side folding bayonet that locks up fine. 5 round bolt action repeater appears mechanically fine.

Sound hard wood stock and hand guard with typical dings and scuffs from use and long storage.

Chambered in 7.62x54r the bore has Good+ rifling with light frost. Import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
