Item #4281 This offering is for the pictured US Model 1896 Revolver Cartridge Pouch. In good looking used condition and maker marked from the Rock Island Arsenal in 1906.
Natural tanned leather, embossed US on the front with good belt loops and an internal wooden block to store 12 rounds of .38 Long Colt ammunition for use in the Colt New Model Army Revolver.
Leather is flexible and strong, good overall but the mid flap hinge is weakened a bit from age. Good accessory for the military collector. Just this 1 available.
