This offering is for one of our US Military M1945 Grenade Adapters. Like the one pictured, all are in good looking used condition.
A WW2 era design that saw service until the Vietnam era. These are the later production, 1960's dated. Green paint finish on the sheet metal body, minor rust spots from long storage. In use a hand grenade was mounted at the top and the entire unit was launched from the rifle.
Official governmental nomenclature was "Grenade adapter projection M1A2"
Makes a fine display for the military collector. This is an inert unrestricted item ATF 26 U.S.C. 5845; 27 CFR 479.11 State restrictions may apply.
