German K43 Rifle. In good looking condition, late WW2 era production and marked from the Walther Arsenals in 1944, ac 44. A semi -automatic battle rifle, the G43 or K43 nomenclature is interchangeable. This shows all of the late ware expedient manufacturing measures like rougher exterior finish on the metal with painted parts.

This has a sound laminated stock ans hand guard, inspection marked on the left butt. Metal has a mix of finishes, some chipped back paint, some parkerize with wear. Matching serial numbers visible on the receiver, bolt, bolt parts and bolt carrier, appears mechanically fine, integral scope rail on the receivers right side. 10 round magazine also K43 marked. Chambered in 8mm Mauser the bore has very good rifling with frost spots lands and grooves. Not Import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
