Belgian FN49 SAFN Rifle. In good used condition, maker marked by FN Fabrique Nationale of Belgium on contract to Luxembourg. Handsome grained hardwood stock and handguard, rich color tone wit some staining and wear, cartouche on the underside shows wear but is present.

Metal finish has the correct black stoving finish with wear mostly on the sharp edges but mostly on the barrel forend area and receiver cover sides.

Receiver is AL marked for use with the Armee Luxembourg. 10 round fixed magazine, flash hider and chambered in the excellent 30-06 Springfield the bore has very good rifling, frost spots lands and grooves. Not import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
