This offering is for 1 of our Swedish Mauser bayonet locking clips. Like the ones pictured, all are in good used condition with some finish wear. Designed to secure the scabbard to the Model 1896 bayonet for use during bayonet drill practice. This clips to the scabbard frog stud and snaps into position on the bayonet handle. Allowing the soldier to safely excercise bayonet drills with the actual bayonet. Most M96 scabbards we have seen are pretty worn from this bayonet drill. Constructed from spring steel, blued/painted finish is worn and marked with the Swedish triple crown for military use. Bayonet not included.
