Product Details

Serial #OR-V3258 This offering is for the pictured Italian Carcano M91/24 Carbine. In good looking condition, originally maker marked from the Treni Arsenals in 1918 as a rifle and arsenal refurbished in the 1920's to carbine configuration.

Metal finish is mostly blued with small amounts of wear and patina, Bolt is brite turned gun metal gray. Rear sight is the large rifle type recalibrated for carbine ranges. Featured both bottom and side mounted sling swivels for traditional carry or cavalry and mounted troops. Bolt action repeater appears mechanically fine.

Sound stock and hand guard, darker toned with plenty of small dings and dents.

Chambered in 6.5 Carcano the bore has good rifling, frost lands and grooves.

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
