Item #4086 This offering is for the pictured vintage German Hunting Knife In nice looking condition and likely 1930's era or before.
15 inches in overall length with a 10.25 inch blade. The German steel blade is mostly brite and appears of high quality, hall marked on the riccaso, lightly sharpened with a full length fuller. Blackened steel cross guard and grip metal. The handle is stag horn. and provides a good grip.
Original steel mounted leather scabbard is present. Leather has shrunken slightly so the knife sits slightly proud. There is an additional pocked on the scabbard for a smaller skinner knife that is missing.
Fine item for the collector.
