Product Details

Serial #1072058 This offering is for the pictured Winchester Model 55 Rifle. In good looking condition, maker marked from Winchester and serial number dated to 1931 manufacture. The Model 55 saw production from 1924 thru 1932 and was offered as a mid length barrel between the Model 94 rifle and carbine.

This has been refinished and the metal is fully blued. 24.25 inch barrel lever action repeater. Few frost pits below the refinish and buffing tool marks as well, gloss finish.

Sound hard wood stock set is also refinished, handsome matched color tone.

Chambered in .30 WCF or 30-30 Winchester the bore has very good rifling with slight frost toward the muzzle.

Makes a fine rifle for the collector.
