Item #4395 This offering is for the pictured P38 Pistol Dummy Gun. Full pistol size, cast aluminum with a modern coat of gray paint.

We have seen a few of these and most are worn alloy with partial black paint finish. This one has been repainted.

We do not know the story on these, some say a WW2 training item and later sold off as surplus or just a neat post war item to fill a holster.

Makes a fine display for the military collector.
