This offering is for 1 of our vintage Argentine Mauser M1909 Rifle bayonet adapters. Known as the Riccheri Adapter after its inventor. The Model 1909 Mauser was manufactured to accept a new bayonet design of the style that mounted flush, similar to the M98 Mauser's.

A last minute decision was made to use the remaining stocks of the M91 bayonets that were on hand, and so these adapters were constructed.

In good used condition, This is only the adapter the retention pin is not included.
