Serial #S5100 This offering is for the pictured Polish Vis 35 FB Radom Pistol. In good looking condition, it is the official Polish military pistol adopted for service in 1935. Full sized semi-automatic design that saw production from 1935-1945.
Early produced pistol were quite nice with quality fit and finish. After German WW2 occupation and wartime stresses quality lowered and expedient design changes were adopted.
This one is late war, 1944 era production with rougher machine manufacture markings left on the metal, the notch for the butt stock omitted and is still known as a 3 lever version with the decocker, slide release and slide lock present.
Black oxide finish is mostly worn to gun metal gray with stains on the slide top. German inspection marks present. Mechanically appears fine but for the slide lock back hook is damaged and does not hold the slide back.
Chambered in 9mm the bore has good rifling with frost lands and grooves. Comes with 1 original 8 round magazine. Makes a fine pistol for the shooter or collector. Firearm terms apply, ships to a C&R or Dealer FFL. State restrictions may apply.
