This offering is for a set of 5 of our vintage 8mm Mauser British BESA Dummy Rounds. Maker marked from the Kynoch Arsenals with a 1950's date. No powder and no primers these are safe inert pieces for training or display. Identifiable by the fluted steel cases and red paint markings.

The BESA was as belt fed machine gun mounted in tanks and armored vehicles, British made Czech ZB37 and the only 7.92x57mm (8mm Mauser) cartridge in British service. Designed before WW2 it saw service into the Korean War era.
